Optima RG announces the formal alliance with world class experts in the field of structural dynamics. The alliance allows for the two companies, both headquartered in Houston, Texas, to jointly sell structural dynamics services to various customers including the International Space Station (ISS) and Space Shuttle Programs as well as to the Expendable Launch Vehicle (ELV) market.
These engineering services employ breakthrough methodologies for structural dynamics analyses, system design, testing, and risk analysis for NASA, the ELV market, and a variety of aerospace corporations.

8/07 Optima RG Group receives HUB certificate from the State of Texas

6/07 Optima RG Group energy has proposed several projects (have been informed that Optima's bid is good and qualified) for the new 2008 Power Program each for 300 MW of power in the Middle East rebuilding efforts.  Currently Optima has been contacted to assist and propose remedies to those with initial 2007 power contracts in getting these 2006 & 2007 delays and units started and commissioned. 10/07 Optima RG Group has been working for over a year on an internet based program that will encompass social networking in a fast and growing industry (idea still proprietary until actual launch). Optima has contracted and retained a software development company to launch the first prototype for review and marketing should be out by 11/08. We will keep you posted.

9/07: Allegiant ICF will provide equity to its first 3 projects in Houston Texas (deal value of $220M USD) and has committed and equity investment of $10M USD into the newly formed Cibola Property Fund (with $1B USD in Latin American resort style land holdings slated for high end development). Allegiant Group Ventures will be co-general partners in the Cibola Property Fund which will raise $150M USD for the proposed projects in Latin America and Caribbean. Limited Partnership equity participation has aggressively been discussed in various meetings in Mexico with valued partners who have committed monetarily to this real estate opportunity fund and its initial 3 projects in Latin America (deal value of $230M USD).

8/07: Middle East: Optima RG Group bids for a new 300 MW power generating plant in the Middle East. After months of qualifying proposal Optima is told that the bid is good and the process has begun for the contracts and payment arrangements. News report form the Middle East is that the contract for the 2008 Power Program are on hold and some canceled mostly in part to the problems incurring on the 2007 Power Program which to date these units with commissioning due dates of 7/07 have not been started or commissioned.  Various problems were mentioned and Parliament has asked for an inquiry into corruption, inadequate contractors, non-compliance to scope of work or power needs.
